Vision Statement

  • To be a brotherhood, disciples of The Lord Jesus Christ and quickened by His Spirit, whose love and patience for one another is evidence of our transformation.
  • To focus on God’s specific mission for our brotherhood, recognizing that our work is but a thread in the vast tapestry of God’s kingdom on earth.
  • To live lives that are in harmony with God’s character and the teachings of His Word, as faithful stewards of the gifts He has given each one of us, for His glory.
  • To individually and collectively share the Good News of reconciliation to God the Father through belief in Jesus the Son with those that we meet, especially those in the Cleburne community.
  • To be moved by love for God and compassion for our fellow man to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the brotherhood and those in our community, recognizing that every person is uniquely created by God.
  • To be “eternity minded” in all our personal and business pursuits, focusing our resources on building the Kingdom of God.
  • To provide a place of spiritual nurture for our families.
  • To spread this vision by establishing and collaborating with other congregations locally and abroad, as the Spirit leads.
